In 2014, I lost my sister to drug addiction. She was 31. But the hardest part wasn’t her passing—it was witnessing her suffer for 15 long years before that, feeling powerless as addiction slowly consumed her life. Drug addiction doesn’t just affect one person—it impacts an entire family. I experienced firsthand how it pulls everyone into its orbit of pain and chaos, forcing us to find ways to navigate through the darkest times.

Through it all, I often asked myself: Why do some people soar while others struggle to get off the ground? That question became a guiding force in my life, leading me to realize that personal achievement isn’t about defying the forces we face but about working with them—much like a pilot mastering the principles of flight. Now, as a mother of three young children, this journey has taken on even greater meaning. My mission is to pass on the tools, insights, and resilience my kids need to lead healthy, happy, self-determined lives. I want to equip them to rise above challenges, navigate life’s turbulence, and chart their own course.

For the past 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with nonprofit organizations, helping them raise funds for causes close to my heart. As a fourth-generation auctioneer and a certified Benefit Auction Specialist, I now split my time between my home state of Florida and Park City, Utah.

Alongside my work in fundraising, I’m also a motivational speaker, driven by a deep passion for inspiring people to discover their potential. Whether in my role as a speaker, a mother, or a community member, my goal is to lead by example—to help our youth create better outcomes in their lives and encourage others to embrace their personal growth journeys.

I believe we’re here to love and learn.

Growth, I’ve come to realize, is the byproduct of a life well lived. While we can grow through both pain and inspiration, my hope is to inspire growth in others as I continue to humbly learn and strive to make a positive impact wherever I can.
